ANAS ALOMARI
Driving the creative, technical, and operational engine behind every show. From bespoke staging, lighting, and sound architecture to site logistics, turning ambitious concepts into unforgettable, seamlessly executed live events.
Conference plenaries, festival stages, exhibitions and race weekends — planned, engineered and crewed by one team across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
We started in Dubai in 2012 with two trucks, a six-metre LED wall and one lighting console. Fourteen years later we produce conferences, festivals, exhibitions and race-weekend entertainment in all six GCC countries, from offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.
Our warehouse in Al Quoz holds the inventory in-house — more than 9,000 m² of LED and 350 moving lights — with a prep floor big enough to build and test a full stage before it travels.
Eighty-plus people on staff, crews briefed in Arabic and English, and one named producer on every project from the first site visit to the final debrief.
Six category families, each with its own event types — pick the one that matches your brief and see the rooms, rigs and crews behind it across the Gulf.
Conferences, trade shows, launches and seminars where the message has to land in the room and on the stream at the same time.
Concerts, theatre, comedy, film and art exhibitions — audience-first production with the rig, the content and the crew to match.
Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and galas: discreet crews, personal timelines and nothing visible that should not be there.
Festivals, fairs, charity events and public forums, engineered for large crowds that keep moving between stages and zones.
Tournaments, races, yoga and fitness events, from a circuit-wide broadcast weekend to a single studio class.
Lectures, workshops, graduations and hackathons, built around speech-first audio, readable screens and reliable capture.
From a rented bay in Al Quoz to depots in three countries — the milestones that shaped how a show runs here.
The company starts with two trucks, a six-metre LED wall and one lighting console, taking on hotel conferences and product launches across the emirate.
A 900 m² unit gives the crew a prep floor for the first time, so every rig is built, cabled and tested before it leaves for the venue.
Line arrays, wireless inventory and the first moving lights are bought rather than hired in, and a full festival stage runs on our own stock.
A Saudi base with a local crew and depot cuts trucking time to Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province, and puts documentation in-country.
A flyaway control room, multi-camera chains and remote commentary kits take the company into hybrid conferences and race-weekend feeds.
Curved cabinets, walkable floor panels and spare processing arrive with the warehouse extension, alongside a permanent test wall for content checks.
A Doha base supports the conference and public-event calendar in Qatar, with kit held in-country for short-notice builds and repairs.
Waste tracking, power monitoring and a reusable scenic frame system are being formalised into a certified event-sustainability management system.
Six checkpoints — Discover, Design, Engineer, Rehearse, Deliver, Review — keep every show on schedule, on budget and rehearsed.
We start with the room, the date, the audience and the budget, then write down what success looks like for each. Site visits, venue rules and power availability are confirmed before anything is designed.
Drawings, rigging plots, screen maps and content dimensions are agreed with your creative team. Every design is priced against real crew days and truck space, not a wish list of equipment.
Our engineers check loads, signal paths, redundancy and power distribution, then submit the drawings to the venue for approval. A named technical lead owns that document set from design to load-out.
Rigs are built and burnt-in at the warehouse, and the show is rehearsed in the room with your team present. Cue stacks, handovers and failure paths are printed and walked through out loud.
On show days the crew works to a timed schedule with a show caller, a stage manager per room and one escalation line. Playback, comms and backup systems are watched for the whole run.
Within five working days you receive a written debrief: what worked, what changed on site and what the next edition should do differently. Drawings, cue files and archives are handed over with it.
Producers, engineers, riggers and warehouse staff on the payroll — not a call sheet of strangers.
